BIO FORCE™ COMMENTS: Love the machine, I brought one from Sports Authority so that me and my son who has Cerebral Palsy could workout together he can’t control free weighs. The Bio Force has turned out to be just the ticket. We both get a tremendous workout in a short period of time and my son has no trouble changing to different exercises. We completed the 8 week program a killer with great results. I like the fact that my son can get a full range of motion with each exercise, especially on his left side which is sometimes spastic due to the palsy. We have not found an exercise that he can’t correctly complete even with the palsy. Another thing I really like about the Bio Force is the weight change is accurate. When you go from 50 pounds to 60 pounds it feels like a 10 pound increase. I have used other machines that don’t accurately mimic increases and decreases making it difficult to track you progress. Great machine I would personally recommend it to anyone.

BIO FORCE™ COMMENTS: I've had my bio force for 3yrs. I absolutely love it. I have a personal training business that I work out of my home studio. I strength train as well as do some pilates work off of the Bio Force. Thank you for making a machine that is functional as it is affordable.

BIO FORCE™ COMMENTS: Love the Bio Force. Took about 2 1/2 hours to put together but have used it for 7 workouts following the manual's 8 week program. After 8 weeks I should be able to set up my own workout routine. The Bio Force is smooth and provided excellent resistance, something I was most concerned about with home gyms that had no free weights. Not sure the resistance measurements equals normal free weight numbers but they are close. The manual was fairly easy to follow and set was easy but allow more than 1 1/2 hours putting together. It took an hour alone to get the parts out of the boxes which I did not mind. I was glad the packing was good. Got a little squeak in one cylinder. Will have to ask for help to determine if this is normal. It is a little annoying. Nevertheless, I've come away with 7 good workouts so far. I think for the money it is a good home gym. I decided on this one because it just looked better built.

BIO FORCE™ COMMENTS: I just got the machine set up-knocked out a couple of sets just to "feel" it. Works beautifully smooth and almost completely silent; I will comment more on effectiveness after some time with it. But I do want to comment on what could be the world's best assembly directions EVER! First, the parts were packed impeccably. It took nearly an hour to unpack the pieces and all the protective bubble wrap, plywood, cardboard etc; that's a good thing. Great care was taken to make sure this arrived in perfect aesthetic condition. The pieces were marked completely, so there was absolutely no guesswork what-was-what. And after assembling hundreds of items in my life, I can't think of a more clear, concise set of directions. I'm serious; other companies should hire Fitness Quest to write their manuals! TOP Notch! For those of you that dread assebling equipment, this is the machine for you. With all this attention to quality and detail before the first rep, I'm sure this is going to be an awesome piece of equipment that will last many years - build quality looks great; heavy guage alloys, good welds etc. Way to go, Fitness Quest!

BIO FORCE™ COMMENTS: My wife and I just purchased this unit, brought it home in our PT Cruiser, and assembled it in 2 hours. I used to own a fitness center and had many machines as well as free weights. This is one quality machine. I am impressed.

BIO FORCE™ COMMENTS: Shipped when promised. Smooth operation and handling. Easy to assemble. Even has assembly instructions on the DVD. It has a small footprint. I use it about four times a week. I can't really say there is anything negative about the machine. I think if you purchase it, you'll be very happy with it.

BIO FORCE™ COMMENTS: At 62 I still enjoy keeping in shape, but no longer want to spend hours at my gym. I chose the BioForce over BowFlex because of build quality, ease of changing weights/resistance, and overall "better" feeling about BioForce. I have been extremely satisfied with my purchase.

BIO FORCE™ COMMENTS: ... I can say with experience that the BioForce feels similar to an expensive gym and the pulley system allows for a full range of movement ... and would recommend it to anyone …

BIO FORCE™ COMMENTS: THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE. I HAVE NOT HAD THE MACHINE LONG BUT I COMPARED IT TO MANY AND HANDS DOWN FOUND IT TO BE THE BEST IN QUALITY, VALUE AND FUNCTION. I SPENT MANY YEARS WITH FREE WEIGHTS BUT AS TIME HAS PASSED I THINK THIS WILL BE THE BEST WAY TO STAY FIT NOW AND INTO THE FUTURE. THANK YOU AGAIN,

BIO FORCE™ COMMENTS: ... Using its cable resistance system, I can easily exercise my chest, back, arms, shoulders and rotator cuff muscles. I also like using it to do leg presses and extensions. Although I won't get any money for saying this, I still want to tell you that if you are wanting a home gym that is easier to use and whose weight resistance settings can be changed much faster than the Bowflex, I highly recommend that you purchase a BioForce. ... I can really see the results, I can really feel the effect as soon as I use the machine ... |
