Q: CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL RESISTANCE FOR THE BIO FORCE™?
A:The Bio Force™ comes complete with 170 pounds of resistance, which is more
than most people will ever need.
Think of it this way. When was the last time you picked up a 110 pound dumbbell in each hand
to do your biceps curls or performed a leg extension with 220 pounds of resistance?
Unlike free weights or rod gyms, using TNT resistance you get maximal resistance through the
full range of motion, from beginning to end, and this makes for more effective training.
With rod resistance you only get maximal resistance when the rod is fully bent, which occurs
only during the last few inches of motion. Free weights generally only provide effective resistance
during the mid range of the movement. With Bio Force™ you get true resistance through a full range
of motion that starts at the beginning, and carries through to the middle and end of each rep.
And, the Bio Force™ uses a cable/pulley system which requires more balance, when compared to
other machine exercises, and this causes more muscle to be active. What does all of this mean?
Your muscles will work harder...longer, and that means results! Two hundred and twenty pounds of
load or resistance should give you a lifetime of effective strength training exercise options.
Q: IS THE BIO FORCE™ DIFFICULT TO ASSEMBLE?
A: Surprisingly, the Bio Force™ is easy to assemble.
- Comes in two boxes and does require assembly, but we have taken the fear out of the process.
- Includes a fully illustrated assembly guide.
- Includes a detailed assembly video.
- All of the tools needed for assembly come with the product: 2 - 6 mm Allen wrenches,
1 - 5 mm Allen wrench, 2 Hex wrenches (7 mm on one side and 13 mm other side),
1 - 8 mm Allen wrench.
Q: DOES THE BIO FORCE™ TAKE UP A LOT OF SPACE?
A: The assembled dimensions of the Bio Force™ are 52-3/4”L X 82” H.
Q: IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF BIO FORCE™ UNITS I MAY PURCHASE?
A: Yes, we limit one Bio Force™ per household.
